Nothing contained within the Services transfers ownership of any intellectual property to any customer or user.

The following trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Commtrac:

• Commtrac branding
• product names
• service names
• marketing materials
• trade dress
• domain names
• visual identity

Unauthorized use of Commtrac trademarks or branding is prohibited without prior written permission.

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to:

• website content;
• software;
• source code;
• object code;
• user interfaces;
• graphics;
• illustrations;
• documentation;
• technical specifications;
• developer resources;
• publications;
• text;
• images;
• videos;
• designs;

is protected by applicable copyright laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

All source code, software architecture, algorithms, workflows, libraries, scripts, automation systems, backend infrastructure, frontend applications, and related software components remain the exclusive intellectual property of Commtrac unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No ownership rights are transferred through access to or use of the Services.

The Commtrac APIs, including:

• API architecture;
• endpoints;
• request and response formats;
• authentication mechanisms;
• SDKs;
• software libraries;
• developer documentation;
• protocols;
• technical specifications;

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Commtrac.

Access to the APIs does not grant ownership of the APIs or any associated intellectual property.

All Documentation provided by Commtrac, including developer documentation, implementation guides, technical references, diagrams, publications, and other written materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Documentation may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or incorporated into other works except as expressly permitted by Commtrac.

Commtrac's technologies may be protected by issued patents, pending patent applications, or other proprietary rights in jurisdictions throughout the world.

Nothing in the Services grants any license or right under any patent owned or controlled by Commtrac except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

Subject to compliance with the applicable Terms of Service and any commercial agreements, Commtrac grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their intended lawful purposes.

This license:

• does not transfer ownership;
• may be revoked at any time in accordance with applicable agreements;
• does not permit resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the Services unless expressly authorized in writing.

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, feature requests, feedback, or other recommendations relating to the Services, Commtrac may use, modify, implement, publish, and commercialize such feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

The Services may reference or interoperate with third-party products, trademarks, software, or services.

All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Nothing contained within the Services grants any ownership rights in third-party intellectual property.
